We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Stienhardt accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a return request.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
